How do I connect to the Web Event on the day of the event?
After you’ve paid for your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the URL and instructions on how to access the Web Event. If you do not receive this prior to the Web Event, please call please call the AICPA Service Center at 888-777-7077, Option 3 (9am-6pm ET), or 1-919-402-4500, Option 3.
STEP 1
Print out a copy of the PowerPoint presentation (part of the e-mail with instructions) so that you will have it available for reference during the Web Event. If you do not have PowerPoint installed on your computer, please download a FREE PowerPoint reader. (Important: This download allows users to open and view PowerPoint 2000 presentations.
STEP 2
Will I receive a certificate of completion after participating in the Web Event?
No. After the Web Event is completed, you will receive a CPE form via e-mail. Please complete that CPE form, fax or mail a copy to AICPA as directed on the form, retain a copy of it for your own CPE records and submit the original to your State Board for approval.
Can everyone in my office watch the event and receive CPE credit if I am the only person who registered and paid for the Web Event?
No. Only those participants who have registered and paid for the Web Event are eligible for CPE credit.
Is participation in a live Web Event considered group-study or self-study?
Participation in a live Web Event is considered group-study. Credit is based on the scheduled length of the live program, with one 50-minute period equal to one CPE credit. Most Web Event are scheduled for 100 minutes or two CPE credits.

Can I still log in and participate if I am late?
Yes, you can log in during any portion of the Web Event. Please note you may not be able to qualify for the total credit hours offered.
Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received up to a day prior to Web Event. Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee, will be issued on written requests received on the day of the Web Event. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after the Web Event completion. Please submit your written request via fax at (800) 362-5066.
