Previously, Erik held a variety of senior positions at AT&T in sales and operations. In his last role at AT&T, Mr. Asgeirsson was a Sales Director for the Business Services Division where he managed a market segment with revenues of over $100 million and oversaw the roll out of a number of new business services.

Erik holds an MBA from The New York University Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University. Earlier in his career, Erik served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania.

Previously, Mike served in various senior finance positions at Caminus Corporation, Loral Space & Communications, Ltd. and Health Management Systems, Inc. where his primary responsibilities was  managing the filings of numerous registration statements, including registrations of initial public offerings of both debt and equity instruments with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He started his career at KPMG where he held positions in the firm's Middle Market practice.

Mike holds a CPA license in New York State and a B.S. in Public Accounting from Pace University.

As Vice President of Operations, Michael Ham is responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) and mobile applications business lines. In addition, Michael manages the technical support and professional services for the C2B website and online applications.

Michael's professional background includes leadership roles in product management and business development for technology companies ranging from startup to Global 500. Prior to joining CPA2Biz, Michael was responsible for key product lines for Rivio, NEC Electronics, Cirrus Logic, Pico Power, and American Megatrends.

Michael holds a B.S. in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

As Vice President of Product Strategy, Greg is responsible for the company's overall product roadmap and leads the development of CPA2Biz's firm-based cloud solutions.

Prior to joining CPA2Biz, Greg was a consultant to public accounting firms and to technology vendors with a focus on the accounting profession. Additionally, he was the Executive Editor of TheTechGap — the country’s first blog specifically created for the tax and accounting profession and for vendors who seek to serve that community, and Senior Manager of Tax and Technology Consulting with the Top 25 firm of Eide Bailly, LLP.

Earlier in his career, Greg served as the Executive Editor of The CPA Practice Advisor (formerly The CPA Technology Advisor), VP of Product Strategy at ThomsonReuters Creative Solutions, and founding partner at LaFollette, Jansa, Brandt & Co., LLP in Sioux Falls, SD. He served on the AICPA’s CITP Credential Committee (Chair), the National Accreditation Commission (ad hoc via the Credential CITP Committee), the Top Technologies Task Force, the TECH+ Planning Committee, and the Journal of Accountancy Technology Advisory Board.

Greg completed his professional training at Augustana College (SD) and is a CPA, a CITP, and a member of the AICPA Information Technology Division. He is a graduate and former staff lecturer at the AICPA’s National Tax Institute.

He and his wife Kaye have one grown daughter and choose to live in their hometown of Sioux Falls, SD.

Previously, Mike oversaw system management tools development for enterprise applications and databases at Compuware Corp and as a senior Database Administrator at Sybase and Dataquest.  Mike started his career at Lockheed where he was responsible for developing departmental database applications.

Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Hayward and an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology from Mesa College

Prior to joining CPA2Biz, Melissa served in various product marketing and management positions at the AICPA.  In 2000 she played a lead role in launching CPExpress, the AICPA’s subscription-based online learning library. 

Melissa holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in Management and Marketing from SUNY Binghamton University. Melissa serves as a speaker and panelist at Internet Retailer, eTail, Digital Now, IBM Coremetrics, and Direct Marketing Association events.
