Downloadable Publications
If you ordered a publication in PDF or other electronic format, you may access the product immediately through the My Downloads area of the website, which can be accessed via the My Account link at the top of any page. You will not receive any shipment in the mail. Please note that access to many downloadable products expires after 90 days, so be sure to save or print a copy (if you purchased a document that allows you to do so).

If you do not see a link to your product on the My Downloads page, please read your order confirmation email carefully, looking for special instructions about where to access your document.

Multi-User (Firm Access) Subscriptions
To learn more about the special features and discounted pricing available for firm access subscriptions, visit http://www.aicpalearning.org/ or call 1-800-634-6780 and select option 1.

A multi-user subscription allows concurrent usage for two to one-hundred professionals within your firm or company.

Multi-user subscriptions are available for:

• AICPA Core Library
• AICPA Professional Standards
• AICPA Technical Practice Aids
• AICPA Accounting Trends & Techniques
• AICPA Audit and Accounting Guides and Risk Alerts Set
• PCAOB Standards and Related Rules

In addition, multi-user subscriptions are available on all of the mini-libraries.

If your organization has already purchased a firm access subscription, you must access it for the first time via a special URL (web address) that will be e-mailed to you by your firm's Access Administrator.

Online Subscriptions
Subscriptions to online products such as CPExpress, AICPA Resource, e-MAP, and CAT may be accessed via the My Online Subscriptions area of the website, which can be accessed via the My Account link at the top of any page.

Online subscriptions typically expire after one year. However, you will still be able to access your CPE transcripts via the My Online Subscriptions page.

If you have recently purchased a new one-year subscription, do not be alarmed if the My Online Subscriptions page indicates that your access will expire within 30 days. The correct expiration date will appear after your order has been fully processed, usually within a few days.
